Mi casa mi caja [my house my box] series
I was really down and out for awhile during the quarantine period. Then one day, I got out of bed and started painting squares and rectangles and lines. all in black. I never use black, but I got really into the wonderful effects of black-black paint on white paper. Painting all those boxes helped to free me from feeling trapped and isolated.
